Senior Commercial Advisor

Omri Zelunzuk is a licensed Business Broker and Real Estate Agent with nearly twenty-five years’ experience in business and the retail industry, ten of which were for the largest privately owned property developer in Australia. In this role, he managed the Commercial and Retail Division for Meriton Apartments, gaining in-depth experience in all aspects of mixed-use developments including concept to completion.

Recipient of the Property Council Academy High Achievers Award 2014 for the Diploma of Asset Management, Omri also has qualifications in Retail Leasing, Centre Management and Marketing, and is passionate about providing people and businesses with solutions.

Senior Commercial Advisor

Joseph is a qualified financial analyst with over 12 years’ experience across several industries including the financial sector, manufacturing, marketing, construction, event management and hospitality. A postgraduate from UNSW, having completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Applied Finance and Actuarial Studies), Joseph commenced work as an analyst for APRA. Joseph then took on a role as a Business Development Manager for an international manufacturing company which set up operations in Dubai to launch across the Middle East. Having proven he was able to establish key relationships with major executives and distributors and drive sales across all service lines, Joseph was promoted to Chief of Operations where he had complete international control. From there Joseph moved onto successfully launching and expanding operations for a raft of start-up companies in both Australia and the Middle East.

Senior Asset Finance Manager

Nayef comes from a strong sales and finance background, having previously worked for Australia’s largest automotive group as a business manager. Nayef has an excellent ability to liaise with lenders to ensure that his clients get the best deal. With over five years of asset finance experience, Nayef has an in-depth understanding of what financial products are available and a great ability in identifying which products will best suit his clients. Nayef works with the philosophy in mind that “It’s not about the first transaction, it’s about every transaction after it!”

Customer Service Manager

With over 15 years’ experience as a Customer Liaison Officer with one of Australia’s leading banks, Carol worked in a fast paced environment, where she guided her team in managing clients’ financial needs. Through this sound management, Carol’s clients were able to achieve their financial goals. Carol’s work ethic is of the highest quality as she performs her duties in the most efficient and customer centric way. She prides herself on keeping her clients informed at every step and goes above and beyond to provide a level of service that is second to none.

Credit Analyst

Emily is studying to be an actuary at the University of NSW. Emily joined the team in 2017 and is hoping to bring more of an analytical edge to Lendfin’s booming business. Emily assists in financing vehicles, equipment and other specialised assets, and currently works alongside the Asset Finance team.

Head of Business Development

Neeru holds a Masters Degree in Finance (Risk Management) and brings to Lendfin years of experience in finance and marketing, in areas ranging from medical, F&B, energy trading, venture capitalist and property development. Neeru’s portfolio comprises of both residential and commercial clients and she specialises in SMSF lending. Neeru is an energetic and enthusiastic member of the team and believes in finding solutions. She works with the same enthusiasm for a multimillion dollar deal as she does when working with a first home buyer. Neeru is passionate about putting the best deals together for her clients.

Administration Manager

Nicole joined Lendfin in 2014 and is responsible for all general administrative operations of the business including compliance, payroll, as well as supporting staff and day to day operations of the office.

Senior Business Manager

With over 8 years of experience in the finance industry, Charbel joins Lendfin as a Senior Business Development Manager. He has a deep knowledge of Retail Banking, specialising in lending, and has worked across several business units for the Commonwealth Bank. During his time at CBA, Charbel managed high performing sales teams, managed change throughout the lending business and was a training consultant that delivered training to staff in areas of sales, customer service and leadership, nationally. Charbel is solely focused on assisting clients meet their current and future financial needs.

Head of Asset Finance

Louie specialises in financing vehicle, equipment and specialised assets. Louie joined the Lendfin team in 2016 and has since managed a number of high profile clients and has strong relationships with some of the largest vehicle wholesalers in NSW. Over the last year, Louie has financed luxury cars, boats, earth works machines, medical equipment and laser machines for beauty clinic around Australia.

Senior Asset Finance Manager

Fred Sghaby is a fully qualified finance manager specialising in asset finance, home and investment loans. Fred joined the team in 2015 and since then has proven that customer satisfaction is his number one priority. Fred works tirelessly to find his customers’ the right loan, has developed skills in credit assessment, debt restructuring and has access to a wide range of loan options. Fred is extremely prompt and adheres to deadlines as promised.

Senior Commercial Consultant

David is a seasoned banking and finance specialist with 37 years’ experience with Westpac, where much of this time was spent in various leadership and senior relationship management roles in the SME, Middle Markets and Corporate Markets. His expertise lies in cash flow lending, property finance and lending against specialised assets/businesses, such as hotels and licensed clubs. His role with Lendifn is to assist with the analysis and placement of their larger and more complex transactions. David joined Lendfin as a Senior Consultant.

General Manager

Joseph Alam is the Head of Retail Business at LendFin, and has over ten years’ experience in finance and mortgage broking with the Commonwealth Bank and Bank West. During this time, Joseph managed the team responsible for assisting retail clients obtain home loan credit approval through to settlement. He additionally managed customer grievances for the department, so developed a comprehensive understanding of the variety of challenges faced by retail clients throughout the borrowing process. Joseph’s expertise lies in identifying owner-occupier and investment property opportunities, and designing equity strategies that maximise borrowing capacity and ability to repay debt within the banking framework and regulatory guidelines. He is additionally expert at tailoring professional financial solutions for accountants, lawyers and solicitors specifically. Joseph was awarded Westpac’s Platinum Broker Award, 2014, and was runner up for Young Gun Broker of the Year, 2014.
